Industry

Fragmented industry. Low cyclicality. Stable industry growth.

Business

Recurring revenue from a loyal customer base. A minimum 2-year history of profitability and growth. Seller looking to exit. Great culture.

Financial

Revenue above £3 million, growing at least by 4% with a minimum 10% margin. Cash flow greater than £600,000.
